Another major plus is reliable insulation. Nowadays, cabins are often made with 100-millimeter insulation. Thanks to this, they remain comfortable at any time of the year: heat does not escape in winter, and it is not hot in summer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A construction cabin<\/span><\/a> has a multi-layered structure, where each element plays an important role. The foundation is a sturdy metal frame that withstands the main loads. Then, walls with insulation and interior finishing are erected, an insulated floor is installed, and a roof with waterproofing and a protective coating is mounted on top. Modern modular buildings are usually equipped with built-in metal runners (skids) that lift the structure 10-15 cm off the ground. This protects the floor from dampness and serves as a simplified foundation. For temporary use on dense soil, an additional foundation is not required. However, for long-term operation, heavy modules, or two-story structures, it is recommended to use concrete blocks or a monolithic foundation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
